DENVER ART MUSEUM

The Denver Art Museum’s Frederic C. Hamilton Building was a dramatic addition to the Denver skyline. Its geometric wall planes, clad in titanium, mimic the forms of the Rocky Mountains that loom in the background. One jutting structure reaches across the street to link with the museum’s older North Building.
Cleaning this unique project included a finely detailed approach due to the many angles, nooks and crannies. AAA is proud to have been a part of this prestigious and challenging construction project.

LARAMIE BUILDING

The Laramie Building houses Jefferson County’s Workforces Center in Golden Colorado. This 133,000 square foot post construction cleaning project was completed in four phases. AAA worked closely with Haselden in coordinating the final cleaning of this project. Our project manager scheduled work to maximize manpower while minimizing labor hours in order to deliver quality and savings to the customer. This approach minimized the number of cleans that were needed to complete this project.
The scope of work required our crews to clean all surfaces in all rooms to be ready for move-in by the owner. The contract included professional interior and exterior window cleaning. Additions to the original contract included striping and waxing of 6,000 square feet of VCT flooring.

PINNACLE AT CITY PARK SOUTH

This 280,000 square foot project was cleaned over an 18-month period. The project scope included three phases of cleaning which included a rough clean, final clean and final powder puff cleaning. AAA was responsible for cleaning the entire building including all condominium units, common areas and corridors. Professional interior and exterior windows and precast cleaning was provided as a component of our scope and an additional exterior window cleaning was provided at the customer’s request.
Buchanan Yonushewski Group, LLC contracted AAA to complete the final construction clean for The Pinnacle Park Townhomes. This project was run concurrently with the tower’s cleaning. AAA provided the post construction clean in two phases and professionally cleaned interior and exterior windows.
In addition to the construction clean services, throughout the project AAA provided daily commercial janitorial service in realty office as well as the model unit.

RITZ-CARLTON DENVER

Over the course of 20 months, Mortenson renovated an existing hotel into a luxury Ritz-Carlton establishment. The fast-track project covered 11 guestroom floors, an administration floor, and meeting space.
Construction included full interior demolition of 19 floors of an existing hotel; new construction of 14 floors of hotel rooms and five floors of high-end residences. Expansion of bottom three floors adds 12,000 sq ft of ballroom, meeting and kitchen space.
AAA Building Maintenance was awarded the final construction cleaning of this 5 star hotel’s guest rooms, corridors and common areas, and the hotel spa. Interior and exterior professional window cleaning was provided by AAA.
Elway’s Restaurant within the hotel was entirely cleaned to grand opening condition.

EDUCATION II FACILITY

AAA provided multi phase post construction cleaning of this 360,000 square foot project. The scope of work included professional interior and exterior cleaning if all windows. AAA delivered the project on schedule to the owner in move in ready condition which included low and high dusting, general cleaning, cleaning and sanitizing of the restrooms, cleaning all hard floors and vacuuming all carpeted areas. Millwork was cleaned inside and outside.
During the project Haselden required additional services including professional cleaning of tile grout, specialty concrete cleaning and additional cleaning of various areas due to changes in their scope of work.

MONROE POINTE

This facility consists of 69 for-sale, high-end multi-family residences above a one-story underground garage. AAA provided final cleaning of residential, offices and common areas. This included detail dusting of all horizontal surfaces, high dusting and detail dusting inside and outside of all cabinetry, cupboards and drawers. Our crews polished all chrome, fixtures, mirrored and glass surfaces, countertops and sinks. Vacuuming and moping of all hard surface floors was included as well as polishing the outside of all appliances. AAA also cleaned all exposed duct, pipe and conduit.
All interior and exterior windows were professionally cleaned. Mechanical rooms, elevators and the lobby storage area were detail cleaned. 52,800 square feet of the parking area was swept. During the project Swinerton added carpet cleaning to our scope of work. AAA fully cleaned this project and turned the building over in ready to move in condition.
