Kyle Grivette, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Kyle Grivette, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of AAA Building Maintenance in Denver, ColoradoKyle founded AAA Building Maintenance in 1997 after a 20-year successful career in sales, and entrepreneurship in the building maintenance arena. Born and raised in the Mid-West, Kyle’s roots to the cleaning industry go back to 1976 when he started in the industry working jobs in both building maintenance and floor care. His hands-on experience combined with his entrepreneurial nature have been integral in his success growing his current company and its dedication to excellence.

Kyle launched Property Service Company of America, Inc (PSCA) in 1985 in California. He continued to operate PSCA even after relocating to Denver in 1992, having business in both states.  In 1997, Kyle combined forces with two business partners to form AAA Building Maintenance, a business decision that allowed the company to grow faster.

Kyle is dedicated to the small business community in the Denver Metro Area. He is a natural connector. Kyle currently serves as a board member of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Advisory board and is a leader in the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the West Chamber. He is a passionate volunteer for Veterans Passport to Hope serving as a Member At Large on their Board of Directors. He has been with the organization since their inception in 2012. His passion comes from his desire to honor those that fight for the freedom of the “greatest country in the world”.

Kyle currently serves as the active CEO of AAA Building Maintenance. Along with his co-owner, Rae Harris who serves as the COO of the Company, they run the company with a commitment to excellence and customer service unparalleled in the industry.


Rae Harris, Chief Operations Officer and Owner

Rae Harris, Chief Financial Officer and Owner of AAA Building Maintenance in Denver, ColoradoRae Harris serves as the current COO of AAA Building Maintenance. She joined Kyle Grivette as an owner in 2007 after serving AAA as their accounting and outsourced CFO partner with her company Custom Accounting Systems.

A Southern Colorado Native, Rae is a proud graduate of Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC) where she received her associates degree in liberal arts with an emphasis in journalism, graduating as the salutatorian of her class. Rae remains a proud supporter of TSJC and was honored at their 40th Anniversary celebration by being selected to be the representative of outstanding graduates in the decade of the 90’s.

Rae’s career has spanned the construction and building industries where she expanded her experience and skills serving in business administrative, estimating, project/contract administration and accounting roles. Discovering her love of working with numbers she committed herself to following this passion and founded her own business in the accounting field. Prior to launching her business in 2002, she graduated with honors in accounting from Red Rocks Community College. She launched her business, Custom Accounting Systems, in 2000 which lead to her work with AAA Building Maintenance.

Throughout her career Rae has played a role in supporting women in business in the Denver Metro area. She served as a member of the Colorado Building Industry Coalition (CBIC) during its inaugural year. CBIC is a coalition that was recognized by former Denver Mayor Wellington Webb as the group to look to for recommendations to the city’s Minority Business Enterprise/Women’s Business Enterprise ordinance as it applies to the construction industry. She continues her support of young women in business by supporting Hope House Alumni serving as a Career Coach. AAA’s support of The Calling has grown from the relationship that Rae and Kyle have with the organization’s founder and the shared mission of relentlessly following your dreams. Rae also supports Veteran’s Passport to Hope. Having lost a sibling while they served in the military and her deeply patriotic spirit makes this cause close to home.

A life-long learner, Rae has continued to educate herself and expand her areas of expertise from business administration and accounting to human resource management, customer service management, network management, database systems management, product and equipment purchasing, and sales and marketing.

Rae Harris and Kyle Grivette are actively involved in running their business. The duo works closely together to continually improve their business model, lead their people to learn and grow and most importantly, to enhance AAA’s customer service delivery system.
