Meet the Owners

Founding the company in 1997, Kyle Grivette is one of the two owners of the company.  Drawing on his 26 years of experience in the janitorial industry, Mr. Grivette’s vision and strategy for providing elite service have become the standard at AAA Building Maintenance. Kyle provides sales support for the company’s growth and development.

Rae Harris is the second owner of the company. She oversees the organizations financial affairs and implements proactive change to support the people and processes within the company. Ms. Harris prepares financial analyses of operations which is used by she and Kyle in steering the company into markets where growth can be achieved. She is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community.
